FROM SOUTH AFRICA TO USA
Although she began her undergraduate studies in South Africa, she was always keen to study and train in the United States of America. She moved to Columbia, SC, United States of America to study at the University of South Carolina in 2014 in order to combine her studies with sport. "Leaving my home, team, coach, comfort zone and basically my life as I knew it was the biggest decision I've made in my life but there's never been a day go by when I don't feel grateful for where I am and for the people with whom I have the privilege of surrounding myself with."
