Her older brother Akil Campbell has represented Trinidad and Tobago in track cycling and road cycling. He participated in the road race at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, and competed on the track at the Pan American championships at four editions of the tournament between 2015 and 2019. Her mother Euphemia Huggins represented Trinidad and Tobago in athletics, placing 20th in long jump at the 1987 World Championships in Rome, Italy.
