General
AUTHOR, PHILOSOPHER
He has published two books, one about philosophy and cycling, 'Socrates a velo' [Socrates on a Bike], and a philosophical theatre comedy named 'Platon vs. Platoche'. He became interested in philosophy at school. "At school I read a text of Alain [Emile-Auguste Chartier]. After that, my father gave me a book of Alain, 'Propos sur le Bonheur' [About happiness]. That book made a great impact on me because it was a very concrete book to represent happiness and at age 13 philosophy could be very abstract. Years later I read 'Ecce homo' of [German philosopher] Friedrich Nietzsche and there were also things that were very concrete. So, my first encounter with philosophy was with books that express common things." (franceculture.fr, 03 Jan 2020)

FURTHER STUDIES
In 2015 he earned a master's degree in philosophy from the University Paris Nanterre. His thesis was named 'Modern sport: an implementation of Nietzche's philosophy'. (franceculture.fr, 03 Jan 2020; olympics.com, 24 Sep 2020)
