STARTING HER OWN TEAM
During the COVID-19 pandemic she lost her place on the roster for Spanish team Primaflor Mondraker XSauce. She could not find another team so she decided to set up her own team alongside her partner Filip Francois. "It is late in the year [2020] and COVID-19 makes the situation difficult. All places on teams are already full. We are very busy starting up our own project. At the moment it is still modest due to the circumstances, with me as the only rider. But we have hope for the long term that we can develop a nice project with several riders. We thought we would only do this after my career, but it has been accelerated due to the circumstances. I spend a lot of time on this project, I am someone who wants to get everything in order, but Filip takes on most of it, so that I can mainly focus on myself. Milestones
