General Interest

General
OWNING A SKATEPARK
In December 2019 he fulfilled a long term goal of owning his own skate park when he bought a five thousand square foot plot in Cleveland, OH, United States of America. Called 'The Brewhouse', the design of the park was inspired by an indoor skate park at the Camp Woodward action sports complex. "It's a big industrial building a few minutes east of downtown in Cleveland. I've wanted a place to ride bigger ramps regularly and not have to worry about travelling to other parks or contests to do so. I also didn't want to have to move away from Cleveland, so creating my own spot here was the best solution. [I hope it gives me] new trick progression, a better home and riding schedule, becoming more comfortable on bigger ramps, fun with friends, and giving others the chance to ride big ramps that they don't typically get to ride. It's loosely based off of Woodward's Cloud 9 [park]." (teamusa.org, 10 Nov 2019; vitalbmx.com, 07 Feb 2020; Vital BMX YouTube channel, 05 Mar 2020)

STUDIES ON HOLD
He started a business degree at Youngstown State University in Ohio, United States of America, but left in order to focus on his BMX career. (xgames.com, 22 Jul 2018; usacycling.org, 01 Jan 2012)
