Her biography 'Heart of a Boxer' was released after she competed at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. In 2020 a documentary called 'Butterfly' was released, which describes her boxing career and her journey to become the first female boxer to represent Italy at the Olympic Games. "When I qualified for the Olympic Games in Rio everything changed and fortunately in the right way. I was very involved in the media and this allowed me to make my story and my sport known to many people who therefore understood that boxing can and must also be a female sport. I have heard about other girls who have started to step in the ring because they became interested thanks to my successes. This is a unique satisfaction for me that excites me when I talk about it." LEARNING FROM RIO
She was knocked out in the quarterfinals at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. "That defeat affected me a lot. I was very young so the consequences of a defeat are different than how I would face them now that I am more mature, both from an athletic point of view and as a person.
