His father Nestor played volleyball at amateur level for Sonder in Rosario, Argentina. His younger brother Tomas has represented Argentina in volleyball and won bronze at the 2019 World U19 Championships in Tunis, Tunisia. He has also represented Argentina in beach volleyball, and has qualified for the 2021 Junior Pan American Games in Cali, Colombia.
