General Interest

General
OCCUPATION
In May 2020 she began working as social media manager and skills trainer at the Unlimited Potential Basketball training facility in California, United States of America. Before taking up the position she had been playing for a team in Belarus but the league there got cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. "Sharing my love of the game and learning a different point of view has been a very insightful experience. I see the game in a new light. One of my favourite parts of this transition is that I am able to develop my own learning style. I can take all of my favourite past experiences and tools that helped me along the way and use it to create my own distinctive style." (LinkedIn profile, 01 Mar 2021; upbtraining.com, 02 Sep 2020)

PLAYING OVERSEAS
In the 2017 WNBA Draft she was selected in the third round, 31st overall pick, by the Atlanta Dream. She has since played in Slovenia, Greece, Belarus, and France. "[Being drafted] into the WNBA was a pretty surreal experience. For the first time ever I didn't have school and it was just basketball. Pretty dope experience playing in Europe, just learning a different system and culture. Playing in college is more about the team, and overseas as the foreign player you're given the ball 80% of the time. So, that was a huge adjustment."
