FROM ITALY TO FRANCE TO USA
Born to Nigerian parents in Carrara, Italy, he grew up in Verdellino, Italy before moving to France to train at the Centre of Resources and Expertise in Sports Performance [CREPS] in Reims at age 18. In 2019 he received a scholarship from California State University, Northridge in the United States of America, but an inability to train there due to the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a move to the University of Oregon in Eugene, United States of America.
