COACHING BOOST
She says that attending training sessions in November 2020 with coach Roberto Bonomi, who is based in Rieti, Italy, improved her physical and mental capability. "In November I moved to Rieti [Italy] to train with Roberto Bonomi, in agreement with my coach Eddy [Ottoz]. It game me a stimulus. We did strength work in a different way and this allowed me to grow also in terms of speed. It also helped me grow mentally. Plus I was lucky enough to be able to train with [Bulgarian athlete] Ivet Lalova who was also a great stimulus for me and I learned a lot from her." (sprintnews.it, 11 May 2021)
