RETURN TO COMPETITION
In 2020 at Zlata Tretra in Ostrava, Czech Republic she achieved the entry mark for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. After the win she talked about what helped her get back in shape after giving birth to her second son two years earlier. "I trained mentally, I even found some things on the internet that allowed me to accumulate energy instead of wasting it. I also have a few talismans, including Janek's [her older son] two stuffed animals, he assured me that they would bring me luck. It's been a long time since I was so happy to win, I can compare it to winning a world championship. The success in Ostrava gave me a lot of energy, it reassured me that what I am doing still makes sense." In July 2021 she said she did not have any goals for the Games in Tokyo. "It's better not to expect anything, and maybe something will come, a moment like that. My fifth Olympic Games, with two children, in my 40s and in not completely bad shape, is beautiful in itself. I am very grateful for that, thankful every day for experiencing something like this. And I would especially like to thank my family and the team that supports me and who believe that I am not over yet." (polsatsport.pl, 09 Sep 2020; irozhlas.cz, 13 Jul 2021; 25 Jul 2021)
