MEDICAL STUDIES
He balances his athletics career with studying medicine at the University of Angers. In September 2020, he started the sixth year of his medical degree, which saw him work at the Angers University Hospital Center during the COVID-19 pandemic. "I am able to organise my sport and my studies. It's simply a question of good organisation, planning my schedule days in advance, and of course being motivated is also important. STICKING WITH HIS CLUB
He has always been a member of his club, US Saint-Berthevin, and resisted the temptation to join a bigger club. "I've always been a member at Saint-Berthevin, simply because it's a club that has a good atmosphere. My parents live just 200 metres from the track which is handy, I have a lot of friends here and my coach who lives close by too, so I've never really had a good reason to leave.
