General
RETIREMENT PLAN
She intended to retire from the sport after the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. However, due to the postponement of the Games, she decided to prolong her career for one more year. "Every year it gets more challenging for me because I am not the youngest. We put everything into the preparations for 2020, a lot of energy and really sacrificed a lot, so I felt disappointed with the postponement, but I accepted it. The Olympic preparations are set for four years and we expected a peak in 2020. I don't want to waste what we did, so we will try to get the most out of it." (atletika.sk, 18 Mar 2020; zoznak.sk, 05 Apr 2020)

SANCTION
In 2003 she tested positive for the prohibited substance nandrolone during an out-of-competition test. She was banned from the sport for two years. (IAAF, 11 Nov 2003; sport365.fr, 27 Aug 2003)
