RELATIONSHIP WITH COACH
He began training with coach Janne Ukonmaanaho in about 2016. In 2018 Ukonmaanaho relocated from Helsinki to Oulu in central Finland, and the pair now work together by phone and through online communication. "We are very close, and Janne saw how I do the exercises. It was important that I continue to do them with high quality. We keep in touch a lot, and it builds trust.
