Her older sister Yasmin Woodruff has also represented Panama in athletics and finished fifth in the 100m and sixth in the 200m at the 2019 South American Championships in Lima, Peru. Her brother Andres has competed in college athletics for the University of California Irvine in the United States of America. Her mother Donna played football at university level in the United States of America. In 2013, while competing as a college athlete for the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, United States of America, she sustained a stress fracture.
