Her husband Amir Hosseini was part of the Iranian volleyball team that won gold at the 2011 Asian Championships in Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran. He has also served as public relations manager for the Islamic Republic of Iran Volleyball Federation, and as Fasihi's personal coach.
