EARLY YEARS
She won her first international medal at junior level when she claimed silver in javelin at the 2011 European Youth Olympic Festival in Trabzon, Turkey. She believes this had a major impact on her professional career. "The Youth Olympic Festival really started my serious sports career. I did not lack motivation to do the sport but that medal pushed me towards professionalism.
