INFLUENTIAL COACH
In 2020 she spoke about the influence coach Viktor Borisov had on her sporting career and personal life. She trained with Borisov for six years before he passed away in January 2020. "I initially trained with his daughter. A year later coach Borisov came, and began giving assignments. Not just the physical training, he also taught me how to talk to people, where and how to behave. When I arrived, I couldn't even talk to people. He taught me this. He said, 'Ninety percent of the work is yours, mine is only 10'. But this is not the case. Without the coach, I would not have become who I am now. He was like a father to us."
