She had to miss two World Cup races in Italy in December 2021 because she was not vaccinated. "Today, for the first time in over 14 years, an Alpine Snowboard World Cup race was held without me as the starting athlete. (...) Unfortunately, I had to interrupt my constant participation in all previous World Cup races since autumn 2006 today because I was unfortunately not allowed to start in Carezza.

FAMILY BUSINESS
In 2016, opened a bed and breakfast and coffee house with her parents in Ernen, Switzerland. "Even as a child, I dreamed of my own cafe. Although I am always on journeys for my sports career, I always keep up to date on what is going on in the cafe and B&B, and bring my creativity and imagination, my mother would say stubbornness, into the project.
