2018: Suffered concussion at the World Cup in Laax, subsequently couldn't compete three weeks later at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games although already selected for the Swiss Olympic halfpipe team.

2016: Ruptured anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), went through a long break.

2014: Tore anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and meniscus, went through a nine-month break.

The oldest of five siblings, was introduced to snowboarding at age six, followed by his brothers, sister and parents. "We became a boarding family spending weekends and holidays in the freestyle mecca Laax. I was hooked from the beginning and knew this must become a big part in my future life."
