Milestones

First Australian to win a snowboard cross medal at the Olympic Winter Games, after winning silver at PyeongChang 2018. Was 17th in his Olympic debut at Sochi 2014.

Teamed up with Belle Brockhoff to win Australia's first-ever gold medal in the team event at the 2021 World Championships (Idjre Fjall). The team event will be making its debut at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games. Competed at four other World Championships (2013-19) where his next best results are a pair of 11th's (2013, 2021).

2012 Junior World Championships snowboard cross silver medallist, 0.48 seconds behind the champion, Alessandro Haemmerle of Austria. Was fifth in 2014, 35th in 2011.

Youngest snowboarder and first male Australian to win snowboard cross gold at the Winter X Games (2016).

Three World Cup snowboard cross podiums, with two victories (2013 in Lake Louise, 2017 in Motafon), and one second (2017 in Feldberg).
