Underwent prolotherapy treatments to stabilize her sacroiliac joint and pelvic region after struggling with an overstretched/sprained ligament for a couple of years. (olympic.ca)
Started skiing at an early age. Under the impression that skiers couldn’t hit the park features, she asked her mom for snowboard lessons, at age nine she was trying it out for the first time. Lived on an acreage that was close to the local ski hill, giving her something to do on the weekends. At 15, she moved to Calgary to be closer to the mountains.
