Started off skiing at age two while on holiday in the Southern French Alps and really enjoyed it. At age four, with her family, she moved from Great Britain to France, and got into winter sports from then on, joining the local ski club. At age five, followed in her brothers' footsteps who already snowboarded and wanted to try it too. Then joined the snowboarding club Ecrins Snowboard as well, and started competing at age six, alongside ski competitions as well until age 13. (Athlete, 7 Oct 2021)
Loves the combinations of a lot of skills and the fact it's head-to-head racing with three other athletes. "It's very similar to what I would do as a kid with friends or my brothers on every run. It's also great as it means our training is very diverse, pushing ourselves to ride at speed on all terrain." (Athlete, 8 Oct 2021)
Gold at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games is her goal following her World Championship success, where she beat both the reigning Olympic (Michela Moioli) and world (Eva Samkova) champions. (teamgb.com)
Winning gold at the the 2021 World Championships. (Athlete, 7 Oct 2021)
Her brothers, because they've shown her the path. "Also growing up with two older brothers meant I've pushed myself to try and keep up with them." (Athlete, 8 Oct 2021)
"Always give it your best and push hard and never give up." (Athlete, 7 Oct 2021)
