General Interest

FATHER
Her father Marek has served as the president of the Polish National Snowboard Association. (Info2018)

TRAVELLING
"I love the travelling part of my snowboarding career. I can’t sit in one place so I love when we go somewhere. I love meeting people, I love talking to them, I love snowboarding so if I can work and do what I love, that’s the best." (Snowbeat TV magazine, Mar 2020)

EDUCATION
"I have two masters degrees actually, one is in sports, so I can be a coach or a teacher sport in schools and the second one is psychology, so I’m a psychologist. The mind is very important, I would say it’s at least 50 per cent or even more because with your mind you can cheat a lot your body, you can tell yourself that if you are very strong in your mind, you can tell your body you feel good and you will do it and there’s no problem, you don’t even need the training to do that. I know it from myself because I got injured this year during preparation so I didn’t have much training before the first World Cup and then I just did some visualisation and I still remembered how to snowboard, so, I went without training before a World Cup, so. I got tenth I think, so it wasn’t that bad for the beginning." (Snowbeat TV magazine, Mar 2020)

FUTURE CAREER
Considers to pursue a career within the snowboard community, "...like a coach since I have a good background with snowboarding and being a psychologist, so I think it’s a good mix for athletes, but we will see." (Snowbeat TV magazine, Mar 2020)
