Her parents (both alpine ski instructors) taught her to ski. Her grandparents (ski instructor) taught her to love the mountains, the Dolomites. "I used to compete in alpine skiing, so alpine snowboarding was the one which suited me best and I liked the most. Freestyle and snowboard cross are not really for me."
