Milestones

OLYMPIC WINTER GAMES
Normal hill bronze medallist in Beijing 2022, just 0,5 points ahead of Peter Prevc (SLO). Finished 26th in the large hill event and sixth in the mixed team event with Nicole Konderla, Kinga Rajda and Kamil Stoch.
Made his Olympic Winter Games debut at Sochi 2014. Member of the bronze medal-winning team at PyeongChang 2018, just 3.3 points behind the silver medallists from Germany. Individually, his best finish was 10th (large hill).

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Two-time world champion (2017 team, 2019 normal hill) and two-time team bronze medallist (2013, 2021).

Won a pair of bronze medals at the Ski-Flying World Championships (2018, 2020).

Competed at three Junior World Championships (2006, 2009, 2010) with a best finish of fifth (2010 team).

WORLD CUP
In nine World Cup seasons, he finished in the overall top-10 in the last four years, with fourth in 2019/20 being his best result. He scored 23 individual podium finishes, 10 of them in season 2019/20 His first individual World Cup victory, of a total of five, was in 2019 in Val di Fiemme (large hill).

FOUR HILLS TOURNAMENT
Competed in 11 editions of the Four Hills Tournament, winning in 2019/20. Always ranked within the top-six since 2017/18. In 2020/21, he finished third overall setting a new hill record of 144m in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the second leg of the tournament.
In 2021/22 his streak of top finishes ended, he was overall 22nd.

SEASON 2021/22
Finished second in the Summer Grand Prix 2021 overall ranking competing in only four out of eight events. Has won the Summer Grand Prix in the years 2017, 2019, and 2020. The winter season started with his best season result, a 13th place in Nizhny Tagil. He only broke into the top-20 one more time, in Willingen where he finished 14th. In January 2022 he tested positive for COVID-19, missing World Cups in Zakopane and Titisee-Neustadt. He is ranked 37th in the overall World Cup.
