Finished eighth in the Beijing 2022 large hill event, 30th in the normal hill.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Competed at two World Championships winning team silver in 2021.

At the 2020 Ski Flying World Championships, he missed individual gold by 0.5 points but was on the gold medal-winning team.

Two-time Junior World Championships team medallist, winning gold (2015) and silver (2016).

WORLD CUP
Competed five seasons with no podiums in the first four years and then 13 in his fifth season (2020/21), in which he also won the overall World Cup - 11 of the 13 podium finishes were first places.

First Norwegian to win five in a row, surpassing Lillehammer 1994 gold medallist Espen Bredesen and world champion Ole Bremseth, who both managed four (record is six consecutive wins, currently held by Austrian Gregor Schlierenzauer).

Earned more prize money in eight days in 2020 than all 2019. Had earned just seven points and a modest 800 Swiss francs. “I lived on the savings account for well over a year. Now I have paid back what I borrowed from myself and filled up the account.” (nrk.no, 11 Dec 2020)

SEASON 2021/22
Competed in four out of eight events in the Summer Grand Prix 2021, winning three of them and finishing second in one. Won the overall ranking.
In the winter season he is currently ranked third in the overall World Cup with eight podium finishes (five second and two third places) and one win in Nizhny Tagil.
Finished third in the Four Hills Tournament.
