"I'm eclectic and I like to try new things all the time, so sometimes it might be painting, writing or sewing, but some passions never change. I'm a real bookworm, never leave without a book, can't resist being in a library without buying or reading something. The second one is acting. I've been doing theatre for eight years before coming to the mountains (in Font-Romeu, FRA) to train." (Athlete, 16 Jan 2022)

"I like to write down some mantras on Post-it notes, like, 'you're capable,' 'you're strong', etc, and read them out loud to motivate myself." (Athlete, 16 Jan 2022)
"Competitiveness is deeply rooted in us, it's in our bones, so we don't have to focus on that because it goes without saying. So I try more to focus on pleasure, on passion, and remember why I do it in the first place to truly feel good and at peace with myself." (Athlete, 16 Jan 2022)
