Milestones

OLYMPIC WINTER GAMES
2022 Beijing gold medallist in the normal hill/10km event, coming from the 11th position after the ski jumping part.
Silver medallist in the team event (large hill/4x5km), starting from third position after ski jumping, together with Eric Frenzel, Manuel Faisst, and Julian Schmid. Finished seventh in the individual large hill/10km event.

Won the team gold medal in PyeongChang 2018 together with Fabian Riessle, Eric Frenzel, and Johannes Rydzek. Finished seventh (large hill/10km) and ninth (normal hill/10km) in the individual events.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Two participations (2019, 2021) and two-time silver medallist in the team event.

Three-time World junior medallist, winning gold in 2017 at Soldier Hollow, UT (normal hill/5km), and two silvers in 2016 (normal hill/10km, team).

WORLD CUP
He has recorded 30 podium finishes and nine individual wins, with the first one in December 2018 in Val di Fiemme. Finished second in the overall World Cup in 2020/21.

In 2021/22, he has finished in the top 10 in 10 competitions, winning two: Val die Fiemme and Seefeld, both normal hill/10km races. He finished second four times, each time behind Johannes Lamparter (AUT) or Jarl Magnus Riiber (NOR). He is currently ranked third in the overall World Cup, behind Lampater and Riiber.
