General Interest

PARTNERS
Raced in singles at the youth level until 2019/20 when he competed in both singles and doubles with partner Michael O'Gara. In 2020/21, he teamed up with Zachary DiGregorio. "We always wanted to do doubles together, but our coaches always told us to focus on singles. Two years ago, COVID happened, and we were taking a smaller team on the Word Cup circuit. We thought our best chance to make the Games would be if we partnered up to do doubles, and our coaches agreed, and we just worked out." (teamusa.org; Athlete, 13 Jan 2022)

SLED
When two-time Olympian Jayson Terdiman and his partner Chris Mazdzer failed to qualify for the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games in doubles, Terdiman gifted their sled - brand new at the beginning of the season - to DiGregorio/Hollander. "Just because my journey is over doesn’t mean this show's going to stop,” Terdiman said. “I want to give our team the best possibility to be successful. And I know that the sled that I own is the fastest equipment in the United States. Its proven itself over and over.”

Terdiman, still mourning his dream of a third Olympics and the end of his career, devoted his time in the weeks leading up to the Games to his younger teammates to teach them everything he can about the sled that was supposed to carry him in Beijing. “Moving forward on Jayson’s sled will give us the best chance."
