Sister Maija Tiruma (Luge): Three-time Olympian (2002-2010), with the best finish of ninth at Vancouver 2010. Back-to-back team relay bronze medals at the World Championships (2008, 2009), with team relay gold at the 2008 European Championships. Currently the coach of the French national team.
Partner Toni Eggert (Luge): Represents Germany in doubles with Sascha Benecken. PyeongChang 2018 Olympic bronze medallist and eight-time world champion, with six European titles.
Ex-husband Roberts Caucis (Basketball): Amateur player having played in the Latvian Basketball Alternative League (LBAL) and Amateur Basketball League (ABL) in the 2000s.
