Father Markus Prock (Luge): Competed in six Olympic Winter Games from 1984 to 2002, winning silver medals in singles in 1992 and 1994, and bronze medal in 2002. Five-time world champion in singles and the relay. Ten-time World Cup champion. Former sporting director of the Austrian Luge Federation (ORV), and in 2018, he became the president.
Sister Nina Prock (Luge): Finished fourth at the Innsbruck 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games. Competed at a junior level from 2010 to 2015.
Cousin Gregor Schlierenzauer (Ski jumping): Four-time Olympic medallist, including gold in the team large hill at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Six-time ski jumping and four-time ski flying world champion.

Family tradition, but first she started climbing at six and played volleyball at eight. Luge training didn't begin until she was nine, eventually following her father and sister into the sport. "Nina started before me, but I never wanted to watch because it is always so cold in the ice canal. Then at one point she said I should definitely try it, and then it was really good for me."
