July 2020: Underwent surgery on his meniscus.
2019: Tore the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) at Deer Valley World Cup.

Practised gymnastics for nine years and then had some difficulties and looked for another sport. His brother, after seeing aerials skiing on television suggested he should try it. A few days later he had his first aerials training session, and after two months he switched to aerials full-time. (Athlete, Jun 2021)
In 2021, won his first World Cup competition in Almaty: " It's amazing a year ago I got my first podium in Almaty. Now I made it here to my first World Cup victory. I am incredibly happy."
