Started skiing at age four at Mount Buller, where her parents first met. Started competing in all disciplines (skiing and snowboarding) in the Victorian Interschools competitions until she was 11, then she started focusing solely on moguls. Competed overseas for the first time at 12, and at 16 she made her World Cup moguls debut in 2015 in Deer Valley, Utah, USA. (holidayswithkids.com.au; deakin.edu.au, 3 Jul 2019)
She really enjoyed competing in moguls at school, so decided to dedicate all her time on snow training for it.
