Sister Gabi Ash (Freestyle skiing): Competed in aerials at the 2021 World Championships (15th), and has two top-10 World Cup finishes, both in 2021 (seventh in Deer Valley, ninth in Almaty).

Active in acrobatic sports (gymnastics, trampoline, diving, circus arts) when she was younger, and eventually had to choose between acrobatics/trampolining and skiing.
