Father Robin Wallace (Freestyle skiing): Competed at Calgary 1988 Olympic Winter Games in 'acro' (ninth). Had 94 World Cup starts.
Mother Jilly Wallace (nee Curry) (Freestyle skiing): Competed at Albertville 1992 (15th in moguls), two demonstration events (fourth in aerials, 13th in ballet); at Lillehammer 1994. At four World Championships, three top-five results.
Sister Elodie Wallace (Freestyle skiing): Competed at 2015 World Championships (20th in aerials), three Junior World Championships (2013-15).

2013 World Cup in Bukovel (Aerials - 17th)
August 2017: Suffered a brain injury caused by hitting a ramp during a training accident in Mettmenstetten, Switzerland, and was put into an induced coma for 24 hours. Spending more than a week in the hospital and two months recuperating with a severe concussion, he came back in time to qualify for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games at the last event prior to the Olympics. Put on his first pair of skis at three years old in Tignes, France. At four, he started practising gymnastics before switching to aerial skiing at 14, after a family skiing holiday in Tignes, France. (Athlete, May 2021)

After his head injury, he was able to compete at PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games becoming the first British aerial Olympian since Kevin Harbut at Nagano 1988, and the only British person to perform four twists in three flips on snow. (Athlete, May 2021)
