Started gymnastics at age three and began competing at age seven. In 2017, she was recruited by Remi Belange (CAN) to switch to aerials at a training event in Sherbrooke, QC. Started training full-time in 2018.
"I live for adrenaline rushes. Aerials gives me these rushes everyday I jump. I love feeling the fear of doing a new trick, turning my skis and doing it anyway. Also, I have a good air sense and I love the feeling of control while being so high in the air. I also love the diversity of the training we do in order to perform well (on snow, on water ramps, on trampoline, in the gym)." (Athlete, Apr 2021)
Winning her first World Cup title in March 2021 (Almaty). (Athlete, Apr 2021)
For aerials, Laura Peel (AUS). "I have the chance to compete alongside her and she impresses me so much. She has the highest degree of difficulty on the World Cup Tour, but still shows so much composure and control. She is humble and shows her domination by her actions not by her words."
Outside of aerials, "I also look up to a lot of people: Diana Nyad (US swimmer): a true example of commitment and perseverance. Danielle Wood (aerospace engineer): for her vision and boldness." (Athlete, Apr 2021)
Four-time NorAm aerials gold medallist and Canadian national coach Remi Belanger (CAN). "He is the coach that recruited me in aerials and introduced me to this amazing sport. He coached me for two and a half years before I entered the national team. He taught me so much technically and helped me through my transition from gymnastics to aerials. He really wants what is best for his athletes and is one of the most kind-hearted people I know." (Athlete, Apr 2021)
