At the age of 15, moved to Are to attend Are Ski High School, where he got the opportunity to live, train and compete side by side with Sweden's top skiers. Quickly got onto the junior national team. (me-maximilian.com)

Earned his first and so far only World Cup podium in 2020 in Deer Valley - third behind Mikael Kingsbury (CAN) and Ikuma Horishima (JPN) in the mecca of downhill skiing.
