January 2021: Missed the Winter X Games because he tested positive for Covid-19.
2015
Wants three medals from Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games. To be the best triple threat skier in the world, to take victories, and do well in all three disciplines. Feels like each discipline makes him a better skier overall. (fis-ski.com, 23 Oct 2020; bt.no, 8 Jan 2021)
In the 2019/20 season, he entered more World Cup competitions than anybody else in freeskiing, with 10 results across the three events, becoming the first man in World Cup history to make it to finals in big air, slopestyle, and halfpipe competitions all in one season.
Slopestyle skiers:
Bobby Brown (USA), Sochi 2014 Olympian.
Tom Wallisch (USA), 2012 Winter X Games, and 2013 World champion.
Jon Olson (SWE), 11-time Winter X Games medallist (two gold, two silver, seven bronze).
Andreas Haatveit (NOR), 2008 Winter X Games champion (slopestyle).
Henrik Harlaut (SWE), two-time Olympian (2014, 2018).
Looks up to his coaches who helped him become a better skier and inspired him. (fis-ski.com, 23 Oct 2020)
