Two-time European champions (2020, 2022). Finished fourth twice (2016, 2019).

UPS AND DOWNS
Missed qualifying for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games as he suffered an injury during the free dance at the 2018 National Championships and they withdrew. Came back strong the following season to win the silver medal at the World Championships. In 2021, they claimed the first ice dance world title for Russia since 2009 when Oksana Domnina/Maxim Shabalin won.

RETURNING TO RUSSIA
Trained in the United States of America until the 2016 World Championships and returned to Russia following his shoulder surgery right after Worlds. ACCOMPLISHED COACH
Coach Alexander Zhulin is the 1994 Olympic silver medallist (with Maia Usova).
