FAMOUS FATHER
Bukin is the son of 1988 Olympic ice dance champion and 1984 Olympic silver medallist Andrei Bukin (URS). “Before a competition, my dad keeps silent and tries not to involve himself in our work with our coaches. He and Natasha (Bestemianova) come to us only after a competition. We are very happy that they help us. They are, after all, Olympic champions. They have gone through the wringer and understand everything perfectly. It is always interesting to listen to what they tell us.
