General Interest

FOURNIER BEAUDRY/SOERENSEN
Teamed up in 2013, representing his home country Denmark. They were the first Danish ice dancers to place in the top-10 at the European Championships (2015-18).

FROM DENMARK TO CANADA
With Fournier Beaudry, he earned an Olympic Winter Games berth for Denmark to compete at PyeongChang 2018, when they finished 13th at the 2017 World Championships. But when she was unable to obtain a Danish passport, required to compete at the Olympic Winter Games, they made the decision that they would represent Canada going forward. In 2019, they became eligible to represent Canada internationally, and he obtained his Canadian citizenship in fall 2021. "To take that step felt like diving from a cliff because we had not spoken to the Canadian Federation before speaking with the Danish Federation." (Pirouette Magazine, Nov 2019; isuresults.com; IFS Magazine, 26 Nov 2018 / Oct 2021)

PREVIOUS PARTNERSHIPS
Competed at the international junior level with Anna Thomsen (DEN) from 2003-06, and with Barbora Heroldova (CZE) in the 2007/08 season. Skated at the junior and senior level with Katelyn Good (CAN) 2009-11. Represented always Denmark with them.
