Partner Laura Leclair (Cross-country skiing): Competed at the 2021 World Championships (best is ninth in relay), and two U23 World Championships (2018, 2019). Has been on the World Cup circuit since 2017. Three top-10 finishes at the National Championships.

Started skiing at a very young age. Parents were cross-country skiers and outdoor enthusiasts who brought him to Gatineau Park where he learned to love competition with the Skinouk Nordic Ski Team. He moved up the ranks to race with the club’s elite team. (NordiqCanada.ca)

Cross-country skiers Devon Kershaw and Alex Harvey (CAN), the first Canadians to win a world championship in 2011 in team sprint. "I will always remember watching those two win in Oslo. It was really inspiring, and they are both big influencers in our careers. Alex is a good friend of mine and he is regularly in contact with me — giving me tips and tricks to ski on the World Cup scene. They are mentors for both of us [teammate Graham Ritchie]." Milestones

Debuted at the World Championships at Oberstdorf 2021, where he finished seventh in the team sprint with Graham Ritchie (they were the youngest team in the finals). His best individual result was 27th in both skiathlon and the 50km classic mass start race.

At the 2018 Junior World Championships, he had a best individual result of 12th in the 10km classic and 11th with the relay team.

At three editions of the U23 World Championships (2019-21), he had a pair of 18th places s as his individual personal best results, in the 15km free individual start race at Vuokatti 2021, and in the 30km free mass start race at Oberwiesenthal 2020.

In the 2021/22 World Cup season, he skied to a personal best, finishing 11th in the Ruka Classic 15km. Scored his first World Cup points in the 50km free in 2021 in Engadin.
