Partner William Poromaa (Cross-country skiing): Made his World Cup debut in 2019 in Falun. Had four top-10 finishes at two World Junior Championships (2019-20) and four top-12 finishes at the 2021 World Ski Championships.
Mother Ann-Marie "Mia" Karlsson (Cross-country skiing): Won a silver medal at the 1988 Junior World Championships (5km) and competed at the Albertville 1992 Olympic Winter Games.
Sister Fanny Karlsson (Football/soccer): Played at Anderson University in South Carolina (USA) (2017-2021).
Aunt (mother's sister): CEO of the famous Vasaloppet cross-country ski marathon.
Athletics: Finished seventh in the 3000m at the U18 European Championships in 2016 in Tbilisi (GEO) in a time of 9:53.34. (European Athletics)

December 2020: Fell off a door frame when doing pull-ups in a hotel room during the Tour de Ski and injured her ribs.
November 2019: Was pulled out of competition by the national federation due to failure to pass a health check. Worked together with personal coach Per Nilsson and mental coach Stig Wiklund together with national team medical team to return back to competition in February 2020.
