Milestones

In two Olympic Winter Games appearances (2014, 2018), he has eight starts, with his best result of 17th in the team sprint at PyeongChang 2018 (with Marti Vigo Del Arco).

His World Championship debut was at Val di Fiemme 2013 and he has started at every championship since. His most successful was at Oberstdorf 2021, with two top-20 finishes (18th in 50km mass start classic, 19th in skiathlon). Raced at two U23 World Championships (2011, 2013) and two Junior World Championships (2009-10).

Broke into the World Cup top-30 individually in 2019 finishing 30th in the skiathlon (Lillehammer). Best result to date is 26th in 15km free in 2020 (Nove Mesto).

Was 31st of the overall standing of the 2020 Tour de Ski.
