2010 World Cup in Drammen (Sprint - 49th)
August 2020: Hamstring injury suffered during a training camp in Oberhof, Germany. Fortunately, he could continue his training after two weeks. (xc-ski.de, 15 Aug 2020)
2011: Left shoulder surgery. The problem flared up again in November 2012.

Followed his older brother into the sport. He was excited about freedom on fresh snow and happiness with friends while doing cross-country skiing. (Athlete, Jun 2021).

He doesn’t rely on chance - his day is marked by precise deadlines and great attention to all aspects of physical and mental performance, in a perfect equation of all round health and well-being. With 800 hours of training a year, divided by about 330 days - a bit less than 3 hours a day.
