He likes endurance sports, yet he is built like a rugby player. He did all kinds of sports like Alpine skiing, cycling and judo, but none of those sports was so easy and natural for him, like cross-country skiing. Preferring cross-country skiing to Alpine skiing (because there were no breaks), the older he got the more he appreciated cross-country skiing and decided to focus on it from age 12. OLYMPIC WINTER GAMES
Team sprint bronze medallist at PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games with Maurice Manificat.

Competed at the 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games, with two top-25 finishes.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
In four senior World Championships appearances (2015-21), he won the relay bronze medal in 2019 (Seefeld) and had five top-seven finishes, after making his debut in 2015 (Falun).

In 2015 and 2016, he competed at the U23 World Championships, and had three top-seven finishes, with a best of fourth in the sprint classical.

Competed at two Junior World Championships (2013-14) winning a silver medal in the 4x5km relay in 2014 (Val di Fiemme).

WORLD CUP FIRST
