Gymnastics: Competed at the provincial level from age nine.
Athletics: Competed for Western University in London, ON. Won 2015 Junior National Championships in the heptathlon and represented Canada at the 2015 Junior Pan American Games as a freshman. In her final year, she won a silver medal in shot put at the USports Championships in 2019.
2021 World Cup in Winterberg (Two-woman - 5th)
2016: Suffered a bone bruise when she misstepped in her long jump warmup at the Ontario Provincial University Championships. Despite winning the event, and a top ranking going into the Canadian University Championships, she was forced to withdraw from the latter event due to pain from her injury.

Participated in - and won - an RBC Training Ground event in 2018, which led to her being recruited for a number of sports, including bobsleigh. "My home workouts consist of lifting lots of heavy weight as fast as possible. I really do enjoy doing cleans and front squats. However, I also add in bodyweight exercises to make sure my body is healthy and can continue to lift the heavy weights.
