Athletics: Won the provincial title in the 4x100m in high school and competed as a sprinter in university.
2014 World Cup in Lake Placid (Two-woman - 5th)
December 2017: Hip injury forced her to miss three of four World Cup events in the second half of the 2017/18 season, causing her to drop from Kaillie Humphries' sled to Canada-3 with Christine de Bruin at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games.

Attended a bobsleigh recruitment camp in 2013, and moved to Calgary, AB the following year to train with the national team. (Info 2018)
Lotholz had always dreamed of being an Olympian. Her former teammate at the University of Alberta, Christine De Bruin, had gone on to compete in bobsleigh and suggested she also try the sport. "I watched my friend pushing a bobsleigh, going places all over the world, and I thought if she could do it, maybe I could too." When she's on her family farm, she utilises equipment around her for her training, including pushing a quad bike and carrying tractor tyres. With gyms closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, she started off squatting with a metal bar and oil pails before she constructed her own barbell and acquired weight plates.
