Milestones

As a push athlete for Rico Peter's four-man sled, and after a slow first run due to deteriorating ice conditions, finished in fourth at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games after a tie for the silver medal between Yunjong Won (KOR) and Nico Walther (GER). With Rico, he finished 11th in the two-man (had three top-10 runs).

Seven top-10 finishes at the World Championships, including a third-place finish as a pusher for Peter in the four-man in 2016, and fourth in the two-man as a driver (with brakeman Andreas Haas) at the 2021 event.

Finished fourth in the four-man at the 2012 Junior World Championships, 0.28 seconds from bronze (with Martin Suter, Thomas Ruf, Clemens Bracher).
